and on the "ohh, ohh, I'll be the one" part, that's another Ebmin7 resolving to the Bbmaj7

Hey Tom, Try this for the break, including the mystery chord:

Ebmaj7, Ebm7, Dm7, G, Cm7, F, then back to the Bbmaj7

I'm looking too but have figured out a few of them. It starts with Bbmaj7 for several measures and then goes to Ebm. On the b part (I can't be the one to...) start out with a Ebmaj7 and then Ebm7. Then there is a mystery chord enroute to a G - then Cm7 hold that chord where it seems you would go to an F and then back to the Bbmaj7.

Who knows the mystery chord?

Also, on the Ohh, ohh, part, I'm pretty sure it goes up to a Bmaj7 and then back down to the Bbmaj7.
