Is that a Josh white piece? I never knew!

I guess its just a blues in E.

You're not really playing the whole chord. Just five string and four held down at the second fret(E) and then 4th and 3rd string held down at the second (A)

As I remember you start out with a B7 chord shuffled forward one fret to make C7 and then you bring it back
