Thanks Les. I must fill in some of the gaps. I've got recordings and pictures of most of the bands - it's just a matter of remembering to devote a bit of time to it.

The harpa is now sold. Now - shall I buy a hurdy-gurdy, a nice long neck banjo or put a deposit down on a Hardanger fiddle? Decisions!

I would love to upgrade to another instrument, but,alas, my budget does not allow!

I'm selling a Nykelharpa. This is the one I bought from Sam Pirt when he advertised it on Mudcat a while back.

It was made by Olle Plahn and is a three row chromatic as seen here and comes with a bow and a wooden case.

I wanted either a nykelharpa or a gurdy to play with and I think I chose the wrong one so it's going for what I paid for it - £1600.
