Hello all, thought I'd just make you aware of Bath Folk Festival which is happening in Bath, UK 13th-19th August 2012.

The festival features a traditional music summer school plus concerts, sessions, ceilidhs and story telling.

Confirmed acts include:
Tim Edey & Brendan Power / Spiers & Boden
Karen Tweed Quartet / Spiro / Dave Swarbrick / Alan Burke / Ducie / Claire Mann & Aaron Jones / Inu / Blackthorn / Jon Hicks / Luke Daniels

Concert season tickets £60 adult, £50 child

Bath Folk Festival and Real World Studios search for the latest musical talent.

Bands, duos and solo artists compete to play in the New Shoots Competition Final 19th August 2012.

HEAT 3: Tuesday 24th July 7.30pm / Green Park Tavern, Bath / Entry £4
HEAT 4: Thursday 26th July 7.30pm / Royal Oak, Bath / Entry by donation
HEAT 5: Wednesday 1st August 7.30pm / The Crown, Bathwick St, Bath / Entry £4
HEAT 6: Friday 3rd August 7.30pm / Ye Olde Farmhouse, Bath / Entry by donation
