Believe it or not it is 12 months to the day that Sassy had the fall that nearly took her life and which resulted in a long period of hospitalisation. Since coming home in November last, Sassy has made amazing progress regaining a lot of mobility, power and coordination which now means that she has almost regained her independence. Sassy has been discharged by most of her specialists and whilst still undergoing regular physio and hydro therapy is well down the recovery road. There are still some outstanding issues, the outcome of which remain uncertain however the largest issue is Sassys confidence in her own competence. This summer we hope to be attending a couple of festivals courtesy of the new motorhome we purchased to brighten our lives after a difficult year. Life is complicated and hard sometimes however we have survived and have been able to celebrate son Doms graduation 3 weeks ago and also son Sams successful first music tour. So just to remember where we were last year and be thankful for a great recovery and the support of a strong music community.

Well done to all of you, not just Sassy. It's been a hard time for all concerned. Hope the improvements comntinue. and enjoy the motorhome. I love mine.
