Here is a taster podcast to get you in the festival mood for Sidmouth Folk Week, 3rd-10th August. Featuring an acoustic performance and interview with Steve Knightley, and Ian Anderson of fRoots talking about their 'Cellar Full Of Folkadelia' series in the Kennaway Cellar.

We do aim to cover as many aspects of the festival as we can during the week (including the sessions, social dance, children's festival, workshops and morris displays as well as the concerts and ceilidhs) so keep tuned through the week and after the festival for more, but for now we hope this whets your appetite.

See you there!

Nice - I shall look forward to listening to that on the way to work tomorrow.

Thanks for making it downloadable BTW. Too many 'podcasts' go up on Soundcloud where you have to be on the Soundcloud site to listen to them , which IMNSHO rather defeats the purpose of a podcast (in that you can't take it away on your portable non-Internet-connected device and listen to it wherever)!

I just happened upon this podcast, and was (am now) listening it when I also found this thread. Good stuff! Hope there will be more during the week, Jim Moray's time permitting.
