The lyrics are the booklet of Steve's album Another Day. I've put them at The Months Go Round.

Here?

Otherwise, I have the lyrics of a (very) few of Steve's songs on Mainly Norfolk; some of them I got directly from him. I'll gladly add your transcription.

I have just transcribed Ashley's song Months go Round, whose lyrics I couldn't find on the net. Any suggestions where I could publish it?

Steve is a great songwriter. We had a mutual friend, the writer and film-maker, Roger Deakin, and Steve wrote a wonderful song about Roger just before he died.

Very interesting interview with Steve up on Folk Radio UK. (Not a recording by the way, you can read it).

I'm afraid I also go back to the "Merlins" days of 1973 which he mentions. To sit at the feet of Steve and the amazing residents and guests of that club was an immense pleasure and education. Sandy Denny really DID fall over mike stands. And the floor spots - Bert Lloyd and Alan Stivell for instance.....

For all that I owe Steve a big debt. But the main things are his superb songwriting and performance, which are not as well known as they ought to be. Please check him out, he deserves it. Shameless plug.
