A judge in Lubbock, Texas is proposing a redistribution of tax revenue to prepare for the coming civil war. Take your pick of sources:

He says there will be civil unrest if Obama is re-elected, and that could lead to civil war, and he wants to prepare locally for that possibility. You can't blame him. The Department of Homeland Security is buying millions of rounds of ammo and a lot of high explosives:

Obama's mentor, Bill Ayers, believes America needs a race war. A war between blacks and whites. His protege Obama is now in a position to stir the pot. His executive branch is ordering explosives and ammo. They'll probably blow something up soon and blame it on whitey. Should be interesting.
