This is a Kinks tune, written by Ray Davies and recorded sometime in the early 70s, if memory serves. You might check OLGA for lyrics and/or chords, searching under Kinks. I'd also see if you can find any Kinks-specific web pages out there. Hope this is of some use. Good luck!

The Kinks ... Ray Davies wrote some interesting songs. Underrated songwriter.
