Special thanks to Kelham Island Museum, The Fat Cat, Clough - Ibbotson Hobgoblin Music, and Soar Valley Music and 'Thank Goodness It's Folk', Robin Garside, Trev Lea, and the Session Leaders All of whom supported us in one way or another. Subject: Malcolm Douglas Memorial Music Session From: Wyrd Sister Date: 23 Sep 12 - 06:40 AM On Sunday October 21st there will be a fourth and final attempt to create the world's biggest ceilidh band and to celebrate the lives of the late Malcolm Douglas and Mike Steel, another much-missed member of the folk community, with music and good company. This will be held at Kelham Island Museum, Sheffield S3 8RY, between 1-4pm, admission £4 (including an optional visit to this fascinating industrial museum), all proceeds to be shared between Macmillan Cancer Care and the Intensive Home Nursing Service. Real Ale Bar supplied by the Fat Cat, one of the pubs in the legendary Don Real Ale Valley.
