I couldn't find the lyrics anywhere so I listened to the clip on youtube about 247 times and wrote down what I could understand of the lyrics. There is a section where Danny Kaye, on bicycle, is holding onto a trolly or bus and I couldn't quite make out what he said there. If you would care to correct my lyrics at that point, I would appreciate it. Well, that said, here are the lyrics to everything is tickety boo...

everything is tickety boo

from Movie Merry Andrew

(Merry Andrew is a 1958 American musical film directed and choreographed by Michael Kidd.
The screenplay by Isobel Lennart and I.A.L. Diamond is based on the short story
"The Romance of Henry Menafee" by Paul Gallico. Saul Chaplin composed the music and
Johnny Mercer wrote the lyrics for the film's score - see wikipedia )

everything is tickety boo
tickety boo tickety boo
everthing is tickety boo
on such a dreamy day-dilly oodly

who could be persnickety poo
snickety poo snickety poo
if the sky so blinkety blue
it causes one to say

bless mankind
including my attackers
i'm inclined
the feeling is theirs
--
its absolutely crackers

incidently how about you

how do you do?
everything is tickety boo
on such a dreamy
peaches and creamy day

everything is tickety boo
tickety boo tickety boo
everthing is tickety boo
on such a dreamy day-dilly oodly
harters going backity back
lol as a duck
backity back
seems as theres a bit of good luck
awaiting on the way

hi ho hey
the breeze is in the trees-oh
oh i say (oh i sway)
the morning is quite
a bit of alright
i'm feelin the very cheese oh

incidently how about you
happier too
follow it through
everything is tickety boo
on such a dreamy day
hi ho hip hooray
on such a dreamy
peaches and creamy day

whistles the verse

hi ho hey
the breeze is in the trees-oh
oh i say (oh i sway)
the morning is quite
a bit of alright
i'm feelin the very cheese oh

incidently how about you
happier too
follow it through
everything is tickety boo
on such a dreamy day
hi ho hip hooray
on such a dreamy
peaches and creamy day
such a dreamy
peaches and creamy day
such a dreamy
peaches and creamy day

you can watch the clip from the movie on youtube - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzVCahrtaWI

The line you've rendered as "lol as a duck" should actually be "Lor', love a duck", a popular catchphrase that goes at least back to 1899; see here.

The way I hear it -- (and yeah, the guy in the film does leave off the "d" from "lord")

Everything is tickety boo, tickety boo, tickety boo,
everthing is tickety boo on such a dreamy day-dl-y oodl-y

Who could be persnickety poo, snickety poo, snickety poo,
With the sky so blinkety blue it causes one to say:

   Bless mankind including my attackers.
I'm inclined, the feeling is oh, so jolly, well oh,
   it's ever-so-lutely crackers.

Incidently how about you?
[ horse whinnies (for two beats, but not in tune!) ]
How do you do?
Everything is tickety boo
on such a dreamy, peaches and creamy day.

Everything is tickety boo, tickety boo, tickety boo,
Everthing is tickety boo on such a dreamy day-dl-y oodl-y
Heart is going buckity buck, lord love a duck, buckity buck.
Seems as there's a bit of good luck awaiting on the way.

Hi ho hey, the breeze is in the trees-oh
Oh I say, the morning is quite a bit of alright,
I'm feelin the very cheese oh.

Incidently how about you? Happier too. Follow it through.
Everything is tickety boo on such a dreamy day,
hi ho hip hooray,
on such a dreamy peaches and creamy day

[ the verse, whistled and, uh, instrumentaled )

Hi ho hey, the breeze is in the trees-oh,
   Oh I say,
the morning is quite a bit of alright,
   I'm feelin the very cheese-oh,

Incidently how about you? happier too, follow it through.
Everything is tickety boo on such a dreamy day,
Hi ho hip hooray,
on such a dreamy, peaches and creamy,
such a dreamy, peaches and creamy,
such a dreamy, peaches and creamy day.

Like so many others, I fall in love with Danny Kaye's catchy songs, even ones not written by Sylvia Fine.
