After an excellent night last night in Nottingham's Poppy & Pint Folk Club...lots of familiar faces and lots of new friends...it's off to the second of our Teesside Gigs in four days, and this time, we don't even have to cross the River!!...

We did indeed have a good one Gerry thanks! Leigh Sayers is doing a grand job, organising Folk Music at the Little Theatre Studio Venue and it was a pleasure to help the job along!! Off to a Bit Of A Homecoming at The Sun Inn, Stockton-on-Tees on Monday, where, believe it or not, the Bass, is even more exquisite than our own dear Welly!! And as for the Acoustics....Fab. All via a trip down to Nottingham tomorrow night....helps keeps us out of mishief! ;-) All The Best to You & Yours, Cheers, M

Given our travels this year, it's great to be singing closer to Home for a change and just like buses..Two have come along at once!! First up, a new local Folk venue at Middlesbrough Little Theatre Studio, that'll be in Middlesbrough!! : Friday 12.10.12 (12th October for our U.S. Friends!) & then, A Kind Of Homecoming: The Sun Inn Stockton: Monday 15.10.12. Should be good and no long drive home afterwards, Yeah!!
