They must be very brave. I'd hate to go through all that surgery and pain. If it means a lot to them, good luck with it, but I already have too much in that department fortunately, so have never had to consider it. Have to say, in the light of the recent scare about implants, it's a bit dodgy to say the least. They could be storing up major probs in the future.

I think it says FAR MORE about the people who gawk at them, to be honest...

Being somewhat overly well-endowed naturally, I get sick to death of men who stare at my chest whilst talking to me....One bus driver actually got me to bend my knees so that FINALLY his eyes were on my face....He looked suitably embarrassed...and quite fecking rightly!

We women are SO MUCH MORE than fecking BOOBS, for...and I know this may come as a terrible shock to the person who started this thread, we have.....wait for it...BRAINS too!!!!

Younger women in the UK have blossomed in the "Big Naturals" department thanks to mothers putting them on birth control injections from an earlier age. It seems a side effect of the injections is much large breasts.

Few here in Ledbury require implants. Natural busty women are now the norm.

Personally I've never found physical appearance or attributes attract me particularly. Some of the most alluring and delicious men I've known wouldn't pass muster to look at, or in the trouser department either. What blew me away was their conversation, personality and attention they gave. A man who really engages with you and communicates beautifully is a real turn-on, because you feel you can form a rewarding and interesting relationship with him. Anyone can bonk. When I read this thread title I thought it was about idiots on the cat who pretend to be something that they are not. I haven't used the word boob since I was six unless I was referring to someone who was not very bright.
Now don't get me wrong I do find a woman with attractive looks to be a pleasure to behold and I'm not trying to seem mature, I'm far from that. But it would be really fake to start a thread like this and pretend that you are doing anything but stir up shit.
I do enjoy reading the over reactions some people get when they take a boob too seriously.

I have two sisters that are quite busty, I hated the comments about them when we were growing up. One ended up with serious back problems which a doctor contributed to her size. Be assured, being busty isn't something all women wish for.

Re reduction surgery, thank goodness it is available for women who have health issue due to large breasts.

Now, if there were operations for personality, intelligence, kindness and so on, for all three genders, that would great although I fear there wouldn't be enough doctors to go around, judging by people I chance to meet far too often.

People have a perfect right to do whatever they believe will be a benefit to themselves.

Some people are so shallow that they feel obligated, for shallow and superficial reasons, to criticize lots of things that everyone else does.

Cosmetic surgeries, and other methods, are very often a very important part of what some people feel will make their entire lives more pleasant, and what they choose to do for themselves isn't something I worry a lot about.

Specifically with reference to the size of a woman's "boobs" (or of a man's "moobs"), I find that it makes no difference to me what makes them the size they are, so far as external appearances are concerned; and I'm not much inclined to surreptitiously "copping a feel" of those belonging to persons I've not known quite well.

The number of women I've known well enough to have them reveal what adjustments they've made isn't all that great, but there have been many more who have had, or wished for, reductions, than those who have had or wished for enlargements, although I've known several of both kinds.

I've known almost as many men who have had, or wanted to have, "moob reductions" as women who wanted changes.

So what?

How they got what they've got isn't my business. I do have friends for whom, to them, their physical appearance is a significant part of what makes them who they are. I have others for whom appearance makes no difference at all.

Friends are friends. Boobs are just nice toys that some of them happen to have.
