I saw their stupendous performance last night in Wandsworth and the tunes are still ringing in my ears. New material and arrangements from the last time they were over, harmony singing in the traditional Icelandic style and authentic instruments such as the kantele and langspil as well as Chris's exquisite Fylde guitar. People of Yorkshire, get ye into Sheffield now!

And tomorrow they're doing all-day at Ryburn Three Step, Ripponden, a day singing workshope and evening house concert:

Ripponden W Yorks, workshop 11 am - 4.15 pm
Special Icelandic singing workshop
We will be covering a range of styles including the unique Tvísöngur two part harmony style.
All abilities welcome. We will teach 'by ear' and there will also be notation available for those who like to use it.

Just saw your old post. I too have a Vittoro Czech guitar distributed by Boosey and Hawkes, probably from my old London days. I live in San DIego, CA now, still write songs. Now on a Goodall, handmade in Hawaii.
But still not famous. Am a psychologist for a day job!
