Page of reviews here. Haven't played a Gibson in years. The nearest I ever got to owning a guitar from the Gibson stable was a 1964 Epiphone Texan, which I had for 40 years.

Can you try one in a local store?

Like so many times in the past, the seller and I came to an agreement on the sale price and he backed out, claiming someone else offered him more money. Verbal Agreements are legally binding. It wasn't an auction. What comes around goes around. He'll get his comeuppance one day. I hope he gets paid in counterfeit bills.
