Need Welsh recording for lullaby cd

We need a recording of a Welsh male choir singing Ar Hyd Y Nos..an older mining choir would be great but I don't know how to work out copyright or ownership issues..but if anyone Welsh does that would be great..there is no financial advantage other than being able to purchase at cost...
Purpose is to get it into the hands of traumatized children..and think of those poor children buried in the slag some time ago...

There is no lullaby more beautiful and no one could sing it better than the Welshmen on those old records..thousands of them at once...if anyone could help that would be good. There would have to be absolutely no royalty or copyright issues...it would be free to copy for the entire world...
