O'Hooley & Tidow and Jim Causley will be at the Musician in Leicester on Thursday 15 November.

It's been something of a whirlwind eighteen months for Belinda and Heidi with their latest accolades including being selected by The Guardian as the best act at Cambridge this year and only this week having their album The Fragile described as a "must buy" by the Independent. In fact there are too many raves about it to fit in a sensibly sized post but if you have a look at the video here you'll see a few more as well as hearing a great track from it. Live they're a hoot, with Belinda's alternately dry and seaside postcard humour having audiences in stitches.

Jim Causley was last in Leicester supporting Steve Knightley eighteen months ago, when his rich voice and cheeky on-stage humour captivated the audience. He's worked with Waterson:Carthy, Anais Mitchell, Mawkin:Causley and many others as well as releasing several great solo albums. Videos of him are strangely hard to come by so for a change and a bit of fun here he is busking with Jim Moray at Sidmouth in 2010.

Tickets are £10 from The Musician or wegottickets
