I can't help with the chords, but I can supply lyrics. This is my transcription from a recording I found on Spotify. It's a delightful song. The tune for the chorus is the same as for the verses:

TOO MUCH STUFF
As sung by Eric Bibb on "Natural Light" (2003)

CHORUS: I ended up – with too much stuff.
No matter what it cost me, I couldn't get enough.
Got to put it all behind me; got to give it all up.
I ended up – with too much stuff.

1. Had to get more money; took a trip to the bank
Said, "I'm runnin' on empty; put a tiger in my tank."
I got a brand-new guitar; bought a big TV.
Got a house in the country and a DVD.

2. Got stuff from the doctor, and the doc ain't cheap.
Got stuff to wake me up; they give me stuff to make me sleep.
Got stuff to make me happy; got stuff to make me thin.
When I get out of it, they give me stuff to get me in.

3. I owe money up the yin-yang, 'cause nothin' comes free.
Now they got me where they want me; they got their hooks in me.
Four cars in the driveway, three lawyers on my back,
Too many complications; one day I'm gonna crack.

[It's the same theme as TOO MUCH STUFF sung by Delbert McClinton, but a completely different song.]

I only found a cover version on YouTube, which mainly uses variants of the A minor chord with various additional notes. Actually blues music cannot be characterized by chord names - you have it or you ain't.

Never heard the song. Is it a blues? Doesn't seem to be from the lyrics.
Isn't that also a rather sweeping statement "blues music cannot be characterised by chord names" ?

Hoot

Hoot, I was also surprised by the lyrics. Here is everything I know about the song - judge yourself.

My observation refers to modern blues. May the Mudcat experts correct me or be more specific.

Did anybody else catch the subtle word play in verse 4?
Four cars in the driveway, three lawyers on my back,
Too many complications; one day I'm gonna crack.
He's having a countdown to his crackup!
