I too got an error message when I first tried to post. By deleting the HTML symbols before and after the subject, it worked fine.

OK, and thanks. I never noticed before that the thread title is editable in the subject line when replying to a thread.

My system objected to posting a reply because of the HTML code making the title appear in Bold.
Just remove the "< B> < /B >" from the thread title.

When I hit submit, I get something like the preview box with a red lettered message above that my post contains an html tag.

What the post said was....

Done. Paypal button worked fine for me.

I don't think there is anything in that to cause problems? And anyway, I thought html tags worked on Mudcat. Hmmm?
