A few weeks ago the Hudson River took my nephews life. Brought up on the Hudson in Hyde Park he lived for being on the water. He died at 31. His passion for the river grew into a love for the sea. He crewed on vessels being ferried from New England to the Caribbean and from America to Europe.

Are there any Hudson River songs appropriate for a celebration of his life.

Sorry to hear of your loss.

One obvious choice would be Pete Seeger's Sailing Down My Golden River.
