No, that's the other Deal Festival, not what used to be called Deal Maritime Folk Festival and lost official funding last year but was run on a volunteer basis by Ray Fielder.

If it is second week Sept that is likely to clash with Knockers. That's why I'm trying to firm up (ooh-er- matron).

I believe it's usually the 3rd weekend in September which makes it 20th September 2013, but I could be wrong. I really felt for Ray Fileder last year and wouldn't be surprised if he said never again mind you.
