2) Do you have more info about the song--where, when did you hear it? How old is it? Is it recorded?
3? Frank Riggs Westmeath--is that the name he goes by? If so, he appears nowhere on Mr Google.

Hi we are in South Kerry, I think he is from West Meath, but can't find out any more from Google etc. Apparently 'The lonely streets of kilburn' is popular with the expat irish community in London.But that's all I Know.
