Yes, every Wednesday

At the same venue, there's also a Monday afternoon session from 2pm every week.

Also a monthly 2nd Friday session, 830pm

I remember going to a club, in a pub called the Crossed Foxes. I assume it's long gone. It was in the '70s after all ;)

I'm forwarding a msg from my pal Bryan Moody who runs the 2nd Friday of the month sesh at the Carlton:

Hi Everyone

The Carlton is suffering from "dry rot"

They are still investigating the extent of the problem.

Depending on what they find, the pub may be shut for some weeks, or even months....so tomorrow may be the last second Friday session for a while (will keep you posted)

So let's make it a good one!

See you there

Bryan

The Carlton is suffering from "dry rot"?

It's the way you tell 'em, John.

Latest news!

Chris the Landlord is attempting to keep the Carlton pub running a few weeks longer, as the ongoing work at the moment is mainly upstairs.

We'll try for the sesh there this week, but if it's not possible we'll go to

St Werburgh's Centre
The Bowling Green
Brook St
Chester

CH1 3DZ

Is your Monday Session on next week John?
How's it going, what sort of attendance do you get?

If fact could you give us an update about sessions in Chester, please. We might emerge from hibernation at some point.
