You've not come into this thread for ANY other reason than to have yet another go at me...

And, for your information, I'm not part of The Sisterhood, but I'm standing right beside them in this, for the appalling things that have recently happened to two women in particular, one of them still a child, has brought women together around the world.

Sadly, there is not, so far, 'One Billion Rising - The Men's Group' but we will live in hope that one day The Men Of The World will come together to ensure this appalling behaviour and outlook disappears forever...

It's a shame that more men aren't in this thread telling you to shove your head where the sun don't shine, but hey, I'll say it on their behalf...

One Billion Rising is thought by a lot of women to trivialise abuse. Like those pictures on facebook where people think they are saving the rainforest or curing cancer by clicking "like", 1 Billion Rising seems to suggest you can dance away rape and violence against women. It's a placebo.
