Guest 999 --- Thanks for the info, but, yes, I am specifically looking for Tom Paxton singing his song. Perhaps I should have refined my thread subject somewhat. I was aware of his songbook - and that "The Great American Dream" is listed therein - but I assumed that he must have recorded it early in his career.. Best wishes, Tony

Was published in this book but it looks like Tom never recorded it. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.

I have been searching for Tom Paxton's song "The Great American Dream" but have been unable to find it on any of his albums. Does anyone know where it can be found?
