I can't help with the chords, but maybe it will help someone if I post the lyrics, since it looks like they haven't been posted at Mudcat before.

Thread drift warning!

The song that sprang to mind for me has the words -

Now I find, that it's closing time
and it's almost time, for me to go.

Tried googling it with no success. Anyone know what it is? (Shame you can't hear me hum it!)

A band played this after a game of rugby in an Irish bar Northampton England and I've never seen so many 6ft +, 250lb+ men cry so now it's our last song of the night.
