***IMPORTANT CHANGES TO OUR PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED PROGRAMME***

April 25th * FREE ADMISSION OPEN NIGHT
Because of a mix-up over dates, Sara Grey & Keiron Means will now be appearing the following week, May 2nd in a double header with Bruce Molsky
Instead, we will be having one of our very occasional, but also very popular free admission Open Nights. These are always thoroughly enjoyable evenings with the great variety of songs and music that are performed in them. We are always particularly pleased to welcome performers who are new to our venture and who would like to be included in our evenings.

May 2nd * £8.00 * DOUBLE HEADER - BRUCE MOLSKY and SARA GREY & KIERON MEANS
In addition to a prolific solo career, performing on fiddle, guitar, and banjo, Molsky frequently joins genre-busting supergroups, like the Grammy-nominated Fiddlers Four, and Mozaik, with Nikola Parov, and Celtic giant Donal Lunny.

Sara's lovely voice and frailing banjo make her one of the most popular performers on the folk scene. Her son, Kieron has inherited her great love of and facility with traditional song and tunes.

What a bargain the double header at Lewes May 2nd is! Vic & Tina deserve huge credit for taking this route out of a difficult situation. It's to be hoped that their enterprise is rewarded with a sell-out crowd. If only I didn't live so far away I'd be there myself. Go to it you Sussex folks, fill the place, and ENJOY. This club books quality guests as a matter of course but this double helping is exceptional.

On another thread, Fred McCormick wrote:-

Of all the jammy sods. Sara, Kieron and Bruce Molsky on the one bill! Sure makes me wish I didn't live at the other end of the country.

Still, I'm seeing Sara and Keiron in April and Bruce at the back end of May. So that should be adequate compensation.
