Does anyone have, or know of, a copy of F.W. Boyton Smith's setting of Thomas Hardy's poem, "My Love's Gone A-Fighting"?

I'm arranging the music for a play production of "Far From The Madding Crowd", in which the poem is sung as part of the action. I know that Boyton Smith set the poem to music in Hardy's day, but a trawl of the web has produced nothing so far - either free or for purchase.
