Subject: Keep a Light origins From: Brad Sondahl Date: 07 Nov 99 - 10:27 AM A favorite old timey song I play is Keep a Light in Your Window tonight, which I learned off the McGee Brothers and Arthur Smith's folkways lp Milk em in the Evening blues. Does anyone know who wrote the song? Sam's a great hero of mine but I don't think he was much on writing songs... And the album didn't attribute anything to anybody...
