From: GUEST,Guest

On Sunday 26th May at the Glasgow Ballads workshop Bob Blair will be giving an insight on Ewan MacColl's work with the Critics Group.

A rare opportunity to hear about MacColl's approach and technique from someone who was an active member of the Critics Group for some years.

Bob will also be singing some songs.

Yes we know he went AWOL in WW2 and he was a bit of a pedant about all sorts of things but he was massively important in the Second Folk Revival as a singer, writer and collector.

Bob Blair was there and knows lots - don't miss him if you can help it.
