Not a good idea to hold yer breath as anyone who knows my history in gettin things done can attest. In any case, this here Mudcat Café depends on people like me who say they were gonna donate to get to it. I have placed my fair share of coin in the anals of Mudcat history as have many. But, Max needs operating capital every month. He's got rent ta pay eh?

Long gone are the days when Spaw would tell all you broke dicks to pony up if ya like posting here. So, I figure I will take the soap box and say, "I will, eventually, get five more dollars into this here Café. Surely some of the rest of you can do so too?" Otherwise, yer just another broke dick malamucous lame brain er whatever Spaw used ta call em. The stamp from here is $1.25... $6.25 fer the Blues Museum? the digitrad? above and below the line? Damn good deal I think.

SRS (and everyone else who is following the fast paced and riveting story of the $5 I am gonna send to Max right away in hopes that Mudcat can continue to be such a valuable resource for the masses and, in my case, some might say, asses)... I am 99% sure delivery to Her Majesty's Roaly Canuck Postal Services, those fearless guys and gals who brave the elements... well unless it's really bad out... will be effected no later than tomorrow... sometime. There were some duplicates in the lists, I sent Art a couple of printouts. It was a challenge keeping all of the names and monikers straight even with a spreadsheet!

Carol and are quite contented in this facility necessity has dealt us. Netflix is a good pastime as are the Chicago Cubs...It all fills in for what I can't do now.

Just know that this community of Mudcat keeps my mental sharpness at a significantly higher level than it might be otherwise. The topics are fascinating and the comments are insightful (most of the time).

Gee... I just noticed my paltry donation sitting two inches away from the keyboard! No stamp on the envelope yet. NHL playoffs is my excuse... not to mention my poor... HOLY crap!... I gotta go see what time the next game is on. I'll get that ready to mail later.

Good thing I remembered! Peguins and Sens on in ten minutes. Go Sens! (I am requied under the Canuck Criminal Code Hockey Section to cheer for Ottawa until all hope is lost and I can then I can cheer for Sidney Crosby and the other Canucks that play fer Pittsburg.) Oh, I can cheer for whoever I want in my own home but I know "better" and keep my windows closed so the neighbours and passersby don't get offended and report me to the Royal Canadian Mounted.
