Tim O'Brien's new band?

Have just realised that the Tim O'Brien concerts at Shrewsbury have an usual and unique band, to include, Mike McGoldrick, John McCusker, John Joe Kelly, Heidi Talbot and Arty McGlinn.

Apparently Tim will be recording with this group after the festival.

Can't wait

And reading further on on the Shrewsbury listings apparently the Heidi Talbot band (with special guests) includes husband John McCusker, James Mackintosh, Ewan Vernal, Andy Cutting, Michael McGoldrick, and Ian Carr. The singers will include Tim O'Brien, Eddi Reader, Boo Hewerdine and, of course, Heidi herself.

This promises to be very special

Tim is wonderful and he and John McCusker are old friends who have recorded together before. Should be a good gig.
