There are dozens of items, and even a couple of the books listed below would cost £20! Get in your car and drive! Here is the list again, plus additions Books: Cecil Sharp by M Karpeles, 80 English Folk Songs by Sharp and Karpeles, 150 American Folk songs, Folk Songs of the Southern Appalachians, The Electric Muse, The Burl Ives Song Book, Folk Song Of England by A L Lloyd, Personal Choice by Ewan MacColl, Folk Songs of Lancashire by Mike Harding The New Lost City Ramblers Song Book The Bluegrass Song Book, Plus a few books on Vaughan Williams and various misc song books. Magazines: 30 plus copies of "Frets" the fantastic American mag for acoustic string instruments. Guitar, Fiddle, Banjo etc ( from late 70s/80s), a number of Sing Outs ( some dating back to the 1960s) and various copies of Folk Roots/Froots, Living Tradition, Banjo Newsletter, Pickin' ( 80s bluesgrass/old time), Bluesgrass Unlimited, Irish Music, Dirty Linen, Musical Tradition, Folk Scene ( old USA mag), Old Time Herald, And last, but definitely not least, The Spinners Song Book and, also, their biography.
