Hya Everyone, just a update on whats happening


Sparehands (Steve Gardham,Mick McGarry, Bill Soweby and les Ward}, Hissyfit and Helene and Ralph Marks are appearing at Hull Maritime Museum,Victoria Square on Saturday 15th June

This is a FREE concert as a taster event for this year's Hull Folk Festival. Don't miss out on this fantastic event in a fantastic building (no mics needed here!) to enjoy authentic maritime folk songs from Yorkshire and the East Coast.

We'll all be performing some of Linda Kelly's wonderful songs on the trawling industry out of Hull, there'll be some old favourites, and a whole cargo of songs adapted for use in the museum galleries as recordings. Songs of the whaling industry and the fishing from Hull. Accompanied on concertina, fiddle, melodeon, bouzouki and guitar. But lots of harmony singing as well.
