Yes, worked first time for me too. I presume you have to have a Facebook account. Did you try the link Jack? It turns out the poster was on the illuminated display board by the front door all along! ;D

The link is correct and it does go to a login page and guess what? When you log in you get to the fiddle group page! So 1st guest just needs a facebook account.
