I hope this does keep going. I'll have to time my Florida trips so I can make one. Any chance John Johnson (Mudcatter "Troll") has been attending these? If so, give him my regards.

That was a smashing success. Not only did a good-sized group sing a pile of songs for hours, but Will Walker, a med student at the University of Florida with an excellent voice and a great ear for harmony, will be hosting the sings going forward.

Short notice… but this is the last one I'll be hosting. I'm leaving Florida for good the next day… With luck, I'll be able to find a core group to keep it going.

Last month went well, and this time I'm not pulling the plug strictly at 10, so it should roll along more organically.

Wednesday 17 July, 7:30 pm until… ? at The Midnight, 233 S. Main St., Gainesville.
