I don't think I ever knew any more of it. I'm mostly just curious about its origin. Someone changed the title of my thread.

I found many, many songs with the same or similar phrasing. What do you remember that causes you to think it's from the the UK?

As I recall, someone said it was either the England or Australia.

Thanks, Kendall. I wonder why a helpful person changed the subjext to include "Lyr req" ? Any road, if we refresh this every few days the right people will stumble across it and lend a hand.

This one is bothersome. It looks like it should have been a popular lyric.
