That is the sort of principle that anybody, creed / colour / sexual persuasion etc. ought to adopt. There aren't many ideas that seem to span the entire spectrum, but that's one of them. I'm going to copy it out and pin it to my notice board for when the children wake me up at 6am. demolishing the kitchen trying to reach the biscuit tin. Thank Kat - we love you.

That's my mantra every day. It's a way od living. How else can we exist if it weren't? We need to have empathy and compassion more than ever before. Love in all it's forms must be our cry. Especially understanding...

Thanks, ya'll, but I am afraid I failed at this miserably, today. Compassion for one of us flew out the window, out of compassion for another and I am sorry I didn't have it for both.

Fortunately, there is always the next 24 hours, right?

Maybe I should get this tattooed on a bosy part easily visible to myself and read it before engaging the mouth!
