From: GUEST,Troubadour Date: 23 Nov 13 - 06:51 PM "All I ever said was that he was DUE a FAIR trial and that all people who would deny ANYone that right are WRONG." GRANTED! But do you think he GOT a fair trial, do you think the verdict was RIGHT?.....and DO YOU THINK THAT IT WAS ALSOI FAIR TO THE KID HE MURDERED FOR BUYING CANDY AND A DRINK? |
Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now, NRA? From: GUEST,saulgoldie Date: 23 Nov 13 - 09:01 AM I agree with Bobert that he will be dead in 5 years. I would say sooner than that. Possibly suicide. But several other possibilities also exist. My big concern every time some wacko kills and is discovered to have had a history of mental illness is that instead of putting more resources into helping those afflicted, that the official response will be to put more energy into persecuting them and curtailing their rights. And based on the number and the odds, I would guess that e-v-e-r-y one of us knows someone who is getting treatment for some mental issue or other. Saul |
Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now, NRA? From: Greg F. Date: 23 Nov 13 - 09:00 AM Greg F. didn't provide an anwswer to my request... How ya figure, Gnuzer? I told you where & how you could obtain a copy of the trial transcript, which is the information you requested. You're too lazy or cheap to get yourself the copy you said you wanted? And you put that on me? You want me to feed you & wipe your ass too? Fear of those Killer Koyotes & the dark, scary woods must be affecting your mind. BTW, are you really "gone again"? Or do you plan to do a Schwarzenegger? |
Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now, NRA? From: gnu Date: 22 Nov 13 - 07:14 PM Thank you, Elmore. You are a gentleman among others who are not and likely will never be. Greg F. didn't provide an anwswer to my request but says he did. He didn't say he obtained a copy of the transcript and read it because he "wasn't looking for it". Why would he bother to read a transcript of the actual trial when he knew a man was guilty before the trial even began? He only "attacks" me with empty bullshit. When are people going to realize that *I*, *ME*, *MOI*, *JIMMY SUIS*... all of Gary Owens has NEVER said Zimmerman was innocent. All I ever said was that he was DUE a FAIR trial and that all people who would deny ANYone that right are WRONG. In response, yet again, Greg F. says..." Yup, Ya checked in, spewed bullshit all over the place, and now you've slunk off. As usual." I didn't spew any bullshit. I tried to stem the bullshit of lynch mobs. I didn't slink off... I left in disgust of the mindless bullshit that has no place in the system of justice. AND do NOT tell me that the justice system is fucked up so that gives anyone the right to hang someone without trial, lest you be hanged first. BTW... anyone got a link to the Zimmerman-Martin trial transcript? If ya do, PM me, and don't post any bullshit if ya don't. If you get a hardcopy, scan it an post it for everyine to read, Greg. I would greatly appreciate that. Ya might even wanna read it yourself, too. Oh... BTBTW... why would you post that I don't have a hardcopy? You monitoring my mailbox? That's kinda weird. There it is. Hang em high and before dawn? No. I'll hang em any time of day IF they are guilty, as proven beyond a shadow of a doubt in a court of law. Until then, I say... no. |

Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now, NRA? From: Greg F. Date: 21 Nov 13 - 05:47 PM Did you get a copy? Did you read It? Did you? I wasn't looking for a copy, Gnuzer- you were. And I provided the information where and how you could obtain one, as anyone able to read and comprehend English will see if they refer to the post in question. BTW, I am gone again. Yup, Ya checked in, spewed bullshit all over the place, and now you've slunk off. As usual. And I totally agree with the 20 Nov 13 - 04:40 PM post above. Keep at it- you're doing a great job. |

Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now, NRA? From: Elmore Date: 20 Nov 13 - 04:40 PM GNU: Your previous post exclaims "an attempt to make me look bad." Nobody needs to attempt to make you look bad. Your rude, uninformed posts accomplish that feat perfectly. |
Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now, NRA? From: gnu Date: 20 Nov 13 - 03:46 PM Guest... I can't find the actual transcript... your link lists a LOT of transcripts. Can you provide a reasonable link? Greg F. : Please knock that shit off. You did not provide a link in that post. I am rather tired of listening to people try to malign me by posting total bullshit and then assailing my character with false innuendo and insinuation. Such only detracts from my view of the character of those who act in such a manner and I can only assume all readers will draw similar conclusions. All you had to do was copy and paste your actual post rather than lie in an attempt to try to make me look bad. Did you get a copy? Did you read It? If so, edify us with facts and keep the bullshit to yourself. I don't need it and I don't deserve it. See you in a thousand posts. Have fun hanging people before they are tried in court. BTW, I am gone again. If you do find a link, PM me. Otherwise, keep your bullshit and your libelous statements to yourself. |

Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now From: Elmore Date: 19 Nov 13 - 08:24 PM Cops got his gun. I wish they'd get Wayne LaPierre's gun, since he's responsible for a lot more gun deaths than Zimmerman. |

Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now From: JohnInKansas Date: 19 Nov 13 - 02:13 PM Previous reports (yesterday) did say that the arrest occured at a second complaint from the home of his "estranged wife." The report at the same site now says "his girl friend." Just shows that the news media don't know much more than those leaping in to whine. Zimmerman is now saying that he's deeply in debt (2.5 million dollars?), which is the same claim he made when seeking bail in the earlier case, before his "hidden bank accounts" were found. And of course he denies everything his "girl friend" has claimed. In the earlier case, I saw very little comment from individual NRA members defending Zimmerman, although there was significant comment on the "stand your ground" laws that date back to the "castle doctrine" from British law a century ago. Zimmerman did NOT, and in the opinion of most COULD NOT claim a "stand your ground" defense, since as soon as he started to follow Martin, against police instructions to stay where he was, he was the aggressor, and MARTIN might have been entitled to that defense for trying to beat the crap out of Zimmerman(?). Unfortunately Martin didn't get to say much in court. Most comment I saw from individuals, NRA or otherwise, was criticism of the handling of the earlier case by Florida police and prosecuters. Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now From: GUEST,gillymor Date: 19 Nov 13 - 01:05 PM You seem a bit confused, John. Go here. As the OP I didn't comment on his "girlfriend" or wife. |
Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now From: JohnInKansas Date: 19 Nov 13 - 12:48 PM The "girl friend" who was threatened was his WIFE. She has filed for divorce, but it has not been granted as yet. It is quite possible that her indictment on a charge of perjury for assisting his concealing of assets while seeking bail in the prior case has "changed her opinion" of him. Many states require a "waiting period" for issuing a divorce, typically a year, and even in states without a statutory time it generally takes close to a year just to get a hearing if either party to a divorce contests it. Reports differ on whether a restraining order has been requested, or issued, against him, but in some (state) jurisdictions details of such orders are NOT PUBLICLY RELEASED, so it's unlikely anyone here knows much of anything about the status of their "relationship," so SMEARING HER based on IGNORANT ASSUMPTIONS of their current status is a first and significant evidence of STUPIDITY on the part of the OP. Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now From: Elmore Date: 19 Nov 13 - 12:11 PM Looks pretty good sporting a new, neatly trimmed beard. I wouldn't date him though. My wife won't let me date. |
Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now From: Ebbie Date: 19 Nov 13 - 11:51 AM As for 'where does he find girlfriends', there is a strange phenomenon that occurs in the brains of some human beings: Murderers, thieves and assorted sickos all have their fans. They receive proposals of marriage, offers of hideaways, and money and other support. Seems like such a reaction would be confusing to the common criminal. :) |
Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now From: Greg F. Date: 19 Nov 13 - 11:14 AM I think he has bitten off more than he can chew this time. He's probably got nothing to worry about from the Florida "justice"[sic] system. Time will tell. And the National Rifle Assasination sure isn't withdrawing its support or distancing themselves from this asshole, is it? |
Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now From: GUEST,gillymor Date: 19 Nov 13 - 11:02 AM I didn't and don't make that assumption. I was a member back in the 60's and as a kid took a firearm saftey course at their headquarters. It was a very different outfit then, not the type of high power lobbying firm that would defend a scumbag like Zimmerman in order to promote and protect firearm sales that it's become. |
Subject: RE: BS: How do u like your poster boy now From: Rapparee Date: 19 Nov 13 - 10:40 AM I assume you're talking about Zimmerman, down in Florida. I thought he was a creep and whacko then and my opinion hasn't changed. He's demonstrated a callous disregard of the law and good sense and should be locked up for his own safety as well as society's. I have one question: How does he obtain girl friends to threaten? And please don't assume that everyone who owns firearms is a member of the NRA -- I'm not and I don't intend to join. Whatever good the organization does -- and it does -- is overwhelmed by Wayne La Pierre and his bunch. |
