Tracks, not whole albums, have ISRC numbers - each track has a different ISRC, though the first part of each will be the same for each one in the album. But PPL doesn't list any ISRCs for that album. It does tell me:

PPL Recording ID:4752138

Barcode 5020601881216

Catalog number BH8812 (LP) BHC8812 (cassette)

That's about all the information listed, apart from dates, and Brewhouse, and "Richard Miles"

As suggested by the above posting you should contact PPL who have all this information to enable them to pay out royalties.

Yes, though you have to be a member to search the database.
PPL say: "Anyone who has performed on recorded music can join PPL as a performer member."
Dick would obviously qualify on that basis and I don't think it would cost anything.

(I don't even remember paying, and that was as a record label, to register a recording)

Any musician who has performed on a commercially available recording should register with PPL. It costs nothing (unless things have changed since I worked there). Registering means that if any commercially available recording in which you have taken part is played publicly and thus earns royalties then you get a share. In the folk world this is usually peanuts if anything but as it costs nothing to register then you have nothing to lose.
