Got the email below from Alan Kind who asked that we share the information about Ernie Green's death and funeral. Condolences to all who knew him.

GREEN Ernie

Peacefully on 2nd December aged 82 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Norma, deeply loved dad of Hazel and much loved father-in-law of Steve, loving grandad of Keri, Stuart and Ailsa and their partners Luke, Kim and David. Loved great grandad of Daniel and Keira, also a very dear brother.
Service will be held on Thursday 12th December at Stonefall Crematorium in Harrogate, commencing at 11.00am. Family flowers only please. A collection box will be provided at the service for any donations if so desired for Age UK Bradford & District. Any enquiries please contact Jayne E Verity, funeral director on Leeds 0113 2578799.

RIP Ernie, twas a long time ago when we used to sing together at the Hotel Cottages with the late Alan McAvoy

Ernie was a great influence on myself, Robin & Barry Dransfield and many others in our area. I will attend on 12 December.
Maybe if any Mudcatters know how to contact them, they would tell Robin & Barry of this sad event?
