Thomas: I have none of the above, but perhaps Eric Bibb's agency for his U.S. and Canadian appearances, Folklore Productions headed by Mitch Greenhill could be of assistance. A lifetime ago, I met Mitch when he was a musician in Boston, and he seemed like a good guy.
