Judy Cook is an excellent performer and a really nice person ! We had the pleasure of her and her good gentleman's company in Winchcombe , Glos ., last year ,at a "soiree" at the home of Gwilym and Carole Davis ; please convey our best wishes to them ,Valmai, from Gwilym,Carole , and me ( Roger Vaughan Mills ).And , of course , DON'T miss them !!!

Certainly I'll pass that on. I do hope we can persuade Denis to join Judy in that wonderful duet where they do a two-person yodel - always a winner.

Ballads chosen so far: Billy Reilly, Arthur O'Bradley, The Brown Girl, Sheath & Knife, The Witch of Berkeley.

Judy's own ballad choices: Utah Carroll or Zebra Dun; Jack Haggarty or Shanty Boy on the Big Eau Clair. She's also thinking about including American versions of The Two Sisters and has more surprises up her sleeve.

Valmai (Lewes)
