Haven't been there for a few years, but there certainly used to be quite a lot going on. The Adelaide Irish Society are very welcoming. There also used to be a good session in "Dan O'Connell's". "Googling" these should help. Best of luck.

What are you looking for? There is a website for the FolkFed though it is way out of date, see http://www.folkfederation.com/
There is a monthly singers session, the odd house session, folk bands, several morris sides.
There is an English Music Session on 2nd Feb where you will meet plenty of contacts, look for Bron Lloyd on facebook. morris.org.au has morris contacts

I am visiting Adelaide for the next few weeks and wondering if there are folk clubs or artists appearing in the area
Please could you advise me ?
I return to Yorkshire at the end of February.
