Hello

After a few years absence I find myself finally moving back to Durham. When I was a student there I had many splendid evenings at the local club and was wondering if anyone could point me to where and when they meet these days?

The club has a Facebook page -

This should give you all he info you need.
If not, Google "Durham Folk Party"

When I was going it was at the Colpits, then the Shakespeare and finally the Grange Foundry up on Gilesgate

In my first year as a student at Durham University (in 1968), the Shakespeare was the first folk club I ever went to and sang at (as a floor-singer). It was great. I was awful.
