But I think it's time for a dry year and that of course is the reason for the change in the autumn dates (tease, tease).

We are starting a "closed" facebook group for this so if you want to be added let me know. I have started a list of who I think should, and who should not, be invited but it is not set in stone. I may start using facebook to invite people to join the closed user group soon, but work calls today.

Summer is 18th or 19th June to 22nd June. Decision as to "feast night" not yet taken.

Autumn has been brought forward to August bank holiday weekend, in search of better weather, so is 20th or 21st August to Monday 25th August (although as usual the last day is simply dismantling). It is a shame that this clashes with Tony and Lesley's anniversary, and also with Don Thompson's Vigo event but I did not set the date. Decision as to "feast night" also not yet taken.

Confirmed dates this years Knockholt camps - Wednesday June 18th - Sunday June 22nd and the August Bank Holiday weekend Wednesday August 20th - Monday 25th.

Very possible that my girlfriend Ade and her friend Fola will be there a fair bit of the time and both are fine singers, largely of stuff that is outside the English tradition some of which is from other traditions. Sadly it seems that VTam will not be there.

Sorry Richard - we wore out VTam on Thursday with a Session from Heaven on the campsite at Sidmouth. She had moved quite a bit of a Reserve Claret the last of which is residing with me.

Well Knockers had a very disappointing turnout (apart from the Radford tribe). If I had stayed tonight I would have been the only one on the field. I think we will have to think long and hard.
