I have one of these basses too. I've been looking for some time, but can't find any info. either.

Its a solid bass, but needs some work (got it second-hand).

Hoping someone can provide some more insight.

I have an old Hawk jumbo acoustic, and I can confirm they were an offshoot of Framus. Unfortunately I can add nothing further to the thread. I think they were a German company.

Hi. does anyone have any info on what I think is a 1962 Hawk beatle bass, I can't seem to find info on it anywhere, any info would be appreciated.
