If you haven't already done so, get your tickets for Northern Streams - two days of Scandinavian and British music, dance and song in concerts and workshops, this Friday and Saturday in Edinburgh's Grassmarket Centre!

The Edinburgh and Lothians branch of the Traditional Music and Song Association of Scotland is delighted to announce the eleventh Northern Streams festival, bringing the best in Scandinavian and British music, dance and song to Edinburgh!

Running from 25-26 April 2014, our lineup this year features Norwegian shanty choir Storm Weather, Shetland duo Maggie Adamson and Brian Nicholson, Swedish songs and music from Kristin Borghed & Nathan Bissette and Scandinavian and northern English music from Kevin Lees & Dave Wood. Two concerts and a day of music, song and dance workshops for both adults and children!
