We are very fortunate that Deb Cowan has squeezed in a performance in Branford, CT, USA before her trip to the UK. This concert is sponsored by the Musical Art Society of Branford, which is a non-profit cultural arts group that usually presents classical, jazz and choral music. I'm doing my part to expose the group and the community to fine folk music, and this concert is FREE.

Too much going on that weekend, including late Friday afternoon, that would make it impossible for me to get there on time. I'm sure all the seats will be filled without me. The original post does not indicate the starting time, but apparently that is 7:30 PM. Even if it had been 8, I don't think I could have made it.

It is 7:30 PM, Janet. I know there are a lot of things going on that night, but I do hope that folks ion the New Haven area will come to this. We'll be doing a lot of singing together and I'll also be performing some songs that many have not heard before.

It's going to be a great concert in a wonderful room. Can't wait to hear Deb's voice soar in that Blackstone Library Auditorium. Already got a few calls asking about the event.
