Just wanted to say "hey" to my many friends here...

Yeah, I know... I don't come here too often these days... I've explained that before... No reason to go thru that stuff...

Been a slobber-knocker of a winter but we're surviving it... The P-Vine had a breast reconstruction surgery 2 months and the recovery has been slow...

My art class went extremely well and my students are conspiring to get me to do a 4 week "advanced drawing" course in June as all did very well and produced some real nice drawings... Oh, and I am working on a new painting...

Gardening is on track... It's been real cold here in North Carolina but I've gotten the asparagus bed cleaned out and re-mulched... Have spinack and kale going, carrots planted and seeds started for tomatoes, peppers and eggplant...

Music: The Charlotte library system has discovered me and looks like I'll be playing a "blues workshop" at every branch in the coming year...

Lastly, for those who are familiar with the fact that I own an old hotel which I have been trying to sell, I have a buyer...

Other than that, things remain about the same...

I got me a partial knee reconstruction being done on March 26 -- a week from today. There are some really gory videos on Youtube if you search for them.

Bobert, you get that P-vine back in good shape. Iffen you fly out I can get you to WA or CO for some herbal cure -- fly back from there so's you don't get picked up when you cross back into Idyho. Could even get you a gig, maybe.

My youngin' and a friend are long (skate)boarding from Brevard to Wilmington and will be passing through Charlotte then Wingate in a few days. They are in Shelby or there abouts tonight in a motel, drying out gear from all the rain and ice. Might would appreciate an invitation to hang their hammocks in some woods where they are not in danger of getting arrested for bein' on private land:>)
